Adv. Elina Mil David is an associate at Zilberboim & Co. and practices civil-commercial litigation.

Elina represents the firm's clients in commercial disputes, control struggles and derivative suits and also represents corporations in class actions in both the capital and securities markets and in the consumer sector. Elina holds extensive experience in the fields of commercial law as well as in real estate and she represents the firm’s clients in various proceedings.

Elina completed her internship at Erdinast, Ben Nathan & Co. law firm in the litigation department. Subsequently, she joined Moshkowitz - Stiss, law firm, that specializes in the field of class actions and derivative claims and has been involved in complex lawsuits in all areas of law, particularly in corporate and securities law, insurance law, banking and consumer law.

As of 2021, Elina is part of the Zilberboim & Co. team.
